Sam Cheema

Sam Cheema is a founding partner and COO of CanTex Capital. His professional career began in Midland where he founded a successful hospitality investment company. Sam’s extensive construction background coupled with his skills in design lead CanTex in the reimagination of industrial assets. His understanding of efficient capital expenditure spending has led to a scalable strategy, executed by his in-house construction team and his industry relationships. His love for travel, design, and culture brings a unique perspective to the industry. 

Sam attended business school at the University of Texas-Permian Basin and has extensive experience and skill in construction and operations.
