DALLAS, August 21, 2019 – The Stemmons Center project is being renovated to add showroom space.

Investors have purchased a retail center near Dallas' Medical District with plans for a redo. CanTex Capital bought the Stemmons Center retail project on Stemmons Freeway south of Inwood Road. The 42,594-square-foot property is also near Love Field and Dallas' Design District. The new owners plan to renovate the buildings to include more showroom space.
Stream Realty Partners has been hired to market the property. "We expect smaller office-showroom and retail tenants to appreciate the value and appeal of the project," James Mantzuranis, Vice President with Stream Realty Partners, said in a statement.
The area around Love Field has seen a jump in development activity in the last few years, with new apartment, retail and hotel developments. Growth of hospitals in the Medical District has also increased demand for new projects in the area.
